HPGT owns and operate certain FERC-jurisdictional natural gas pipeline assets known as the South of Toca Facilities. The pipeline consists of 404 miles of transmission pipelines ranging from 14 to 26 inches. HPGT is connected to 40 meters with 32 active producers and offers processing options at the Toca processing plant (filter/separators, stabilization, 5000 bbl condensate storage tank and truck offload facilities). Delivery to Southern Natural Gas is available downstream of the processing plant.

HPGG is a non-jurisdictional asset with 186 miles of gathering pipelines ranging from 4 to 20 inches connecting to the HPGT mainline at multiple locations. HPGG is connected to 75 meters with 37 active producers.

Badger Midstream owns and operates the Grey Badger Plant, a gas processing and treating plant system with 25,000 Mcfd initial capacity. Delivery pipelines include Natural Gas Pipeline (NGPL) and Enterprise Products pipeline. In addition, Badger Midstream owns and operates the Keyes Gathering System which includes gas processing plants, helium plant and over 300 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines. Delivery pipelines include Panhandle Eastern, Northern Natural Gas and Southern Star.

Badger Midstream owns Dry Trail Midstream Energy, LLC, a y-grade NGL gathering pipeline in northwestern Oklahoma and southwestern Kansas. Dry Trails consists of 45 miles 4” pipeline; 1 receipt; and 1 delivery location located in Oklahoma & Kansas.
